Farin and Heidi are both yoga teachers with a lot in common, even though they’ve taken different paths in life. Farin’s been on a whirlwind journey, achieving a ton in her 35 years, from switching careers to managing a yoga studio out on the West Coast. Meanwhile, Heidi’s been practicing yoga for a solid 25 years, using it to find strength and fearlessness. She used to work as a clinical social worker, but made the leap 4 years ago into full-time yoga teaching, now running a studio on the East Coast. Despite being miles apart, their determination and adaptability keep them charging ahead, now with the common goal of helping other yoga teachers become confident Theme Weavers.
